Established in 1996, EPI Merchandising started to operate in mail-order of sport merchandising. From Formula 1 to football, in 2002 EPI extended its dimension by using internet technology, in order to create and manage virtual shops, with a 360 degrees management.
In 2020, a new web platform has been released for powering store.inter.it: an updated solution for a fully performing website to meet at best the customer needs.
The company aims to increase the value of the best sport brands through mail-order, both by web and whole paper catalogues, and through a retailing project. Then, it aims to reach the widest customers/fans target in the world, by an efficient and integrated service. Customer engagement and continuous offer improvement are very important features in the full project.
EPI works successfully in e-commerce. At present, it is Official Licensee and manages the online official stores of top Italian football clubs and other important brands.
