As soon as you complete your order, authorisation for the necessary payment will be requested automatically to verify the validity of the credit card and availability of funds; however, the card is not charged at this time. The actual payment occurs when the order is dispatched, at which point you will receive a notification email.

You can use a different courier than the one that delivered the package, but in this case the shipment will be at your own charge. Please send the return to the following address:

Keep in mind that if you do not use our return label, Inter Online Store is not responsible for any theft or loss during transport; therefore, we suggest you choose a trackable shipping service. 

We remind you that the return with Poste Italiane courier is always free for orders placed on the Inter Online Store but if you have to return the products of the same order at different times, returns by courier following the first will be at your expense.

Unfortunately not. Each order is processed automatically and once it has been confirmed, it is not possible to modify the details. To purchase additional items, you must place a new order. To return any items please refer to our Return Policy.

We are sorry, but once an order has been confirmed, it is processed automatically and cannot be canceled. The package can be returned as indicated in our Return Policy.

The promotional codes of Inter Online Store give you access to exclusive offers. To receive Promocodes, subscribe to our Newsletter.


To take advantage of a promotion, enter the code in the appropriate field at Cart and click "Submit". Only one promotional code can be used for each order.


If the code doesn't work please double check the dates of the promotion and which products and categories it can be applied to from the newsletter.

The amount paid is lower when, at the moment the order is dispatched, one or more of the articles is not available; the charged amount will correspond exclusively to the value of the articles that were effectively shipped.

Your order will be delivered in 1-2 working days from when the courier takes charge of it.


Please allow extra time for personalized products: should your order contain custom items, you need to consider 1-2 additional working days.


We deliver with Poste Italiane courier, from Monday to Friday during business hours, excluding national holidays.

You can check the status of your order and track its delivery at any time. Enter the Order Number that you received via email in the Track Orders and Returns page. If you are a registered user, you can find all information related to the order in your My Account page

If your order has not been delivered within the estimated period, we suggest that you:


• Check the order status: in the Orders section for registered users; or by entering the Order Number from the confirmation email in the Track Orders and Returns page


• Check that the address indicated for the delivery is correct


• In the case of a missed delivery, please contact Poste Italiane, the courier in charge of the shipment, at 800 33 66 22

You can request a return for any item purchased on Inter Online Store within 30 days of the delivery date.


Returned items must comply with our Return Policy:


• They must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included


• The package can only be shipped from the same country it was delivered to


• The purchase was done online on store.inter.it


• Less than 30 days have passed since the courier delivered the order


If all the above conditions are met, then simply fill in the online Return Form after entering your Order Number, the email address used to make the purchase and the post code of the billing address. You can also proceed through the Orders section in case you made your purchase as logged user.


• Place the items inside a box (preferably the original one), together with the Returns Note you found within your order parcel, filled in


• Replace the shipping label on the box with the pre-paid printable Poste Italiane return label you will receive with the Return Creation email


• Contact Poste Italiane to arrange the pick-up. 803 160 from a telephone landline ( free of charge ) available from monday to saturday from 8:00 to 20:00. You can also contact 06.4526.3160 from mobile and landline networks. The cost of the call from a mobile or landline depends on the telephone operator from which the call is made, active from monday to saturday, excluding public holidays, from 8:00 to 20:00 .


We normally verify and process returns within 4 business days from when they are received. The refund will be issued upon return acceptance, and you will receive a confirmation email.

Unfortunately it is not possible to return a personalized item.

Once we receive your returned item(s) at our warehouses, we will refund you to the same payment method used when making the purchase.

If you have purchased a Gift Card and have questions about its use or need assistance, don't worry. We are here to help you! You can contact our customer service via our contact form for personalised assistance. 

If you have lost your Gift Card, please contact us as soon as possible. Our customer service will be happy to assist you in finding and recovering your Gift Card. We always advise you to keep your Gift Card code in a safe place as you will need it to redeem its value.
